“Don’t forget”
These are two words that have been going through my mind in recent days. I do not want to forget my purpose. On the eve deputation, it would be easy to allow this to simply become a money raising mission. I understand that the raising of funds will be greatly addressed on this journey. But, I do not want that to dominate my thinking and my purpose. To glorify God and to spread His Word is my purpose whether in Peru or on deputation! Please pray that our family would never allow the stress involved in raising support to overwhelm our desires to spread the Word! I pray and ask you to as well that our deputation would see fruit of souls saved and people surrendering to the will of God for their lives. I leave you with a couple of pictures from my trip to Peru that always stir my heart. After passing out God’s Word, it was a familiar and exciting sight to see this as a result! I cannot wait to get on the field!
