The Herrell Family

It was such a blessing to be in our home church’s Mission Conference this past week. We are so thankful to kick off our deputation in our sending church. The week was tremendous! Four other missionaries shared this week with us. (Kweder’s – Worldwide Tentmakers, Yeater’s – Mexico, Valasquez – Spain, Mahaney – Military) Each family was an encouragment to to us as well as our church. The church was so gracious to our family with a reception folowing the opening service, cards, gifts, and words of encouragment as we set out on our way! I cannot explain what a blessing it is to be sent out of a church that truly has a heart for mission’s. Although we will miss being in the services each and every week, this church will always be “our church”, no matter where in the world we are at the time. It is such a privelege for us to extend the ministry of Chilhowie Baptist Church to Peru, South America.
